With regards to the recent events surrounding the coronavirus, I would like to share the following information with you.
Maintaining a high level of service whilst still ensuring the well-being and safety of our staff is our number one priority. We have implemented the following policies to ensure that we can achieve this through every eventuality.
At the moment our offices and studio will remain open as usual with a skeleton staff. The rest of the team will be working from home.
We have put measures in place to ensure we can still deliver all our services during this difficult period. It will be strictly business as usual. All of our IT systems and administrative functions are online and cloud based which allows everyone to easily work remotely.
To facilitate working from home and mitigate any potential decrease in service, we have taken the following steps:
- All staff will be able to take their work Mac home along with any additional equipment they may need.
- All staff will be provided with/be able to use their work mobile phones. This will provide effective communication with you our clients
- Meetings can be carried out via Skype, or Zoom if necessary.
So at this difficult and concerning time it will be business as usual at iDM whilst taking onboard any advice and strategies put in place by the government. We will endeavour to keep any disruption to a minimum in the level of service we provide.
